1. Shipping Locations

HyperShape ships across Canada and select international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@hypershape.ca for assistance.

2. Processing & Handling Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom & Bulk Orders: Custom or bulk orders may take 7-12 business days to process.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-12 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivers within 2-5 business days for faster delivery.
  • Local Drop-off (Kamloops, BC): Orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days after processing.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email to monitor your shipment's progress. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 CAD within Canada.

5. International Shipping

  • International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by their country.
  • Currently, we only ship to Canada.

6. Local Drop-off (Kamloops, BC)

  • Customers in Kamloops, BC can select "Local Dropoff" at checkout.
  • Orders eligible for local dropoff will be delivered within 1-2 business days after processing.
  • Customers will receive a notification once the order is out for delivery.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

HyperShape is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier. However, if you experience issues:

  • Lost Orders: Contact us at contact@hypershape.ca with your order number and tracking details.
  • Damaged Items: Please provide photos of the damaged package/products within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • HyperShape is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

HyperShape reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
