  • Customized Products: Custom 3D-printed home decor items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return or refund.

  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected, and customers will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 days and credited to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are not refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Hypershape 3D Printing - Refund Rejection Policy

Refund requests may be denied under the following circumstances:

1. Non-Eligible Items for Refund

A refund request will be denied if:

  • The item does not meet return conditions (e.g., used, customer-damaged, missing parts not reported as defective).
  • The item is a customized or personalized 3D-printed product (unless proven defective).
  • The product was a final sale item or a part of a promotional offer stating "No Returns or Refunds."

2. Return Policy Violations

A refund request will be rejected if:

  • The return was initiated after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • The product was not returned in its original packaging (unless damaged in transit).
  • The refund request is based on buyer’s remorse (e.g., "I changed my mind" or "It doesn’t match my space").

3. Damaged or Modified Products

A refund will be denied if:

  • The item has been altered, modified, or tampered with after delivery.
  • There is physical damage caused by improper handling, installation, or misuse by the customer.

4. Incomplete Refund Request

Refund requests will be denied if:

  • The customer does not provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • No clear evidence of damage or defect is provided when claiming a faulty product.
  • The returned package does not arrive at our facility, and the customer cannot provide a valid tracking number.
